StageClip shared folder 

This is where you deposit your speech videos and other key assets.  We then take these and use them to create your ceremony.

How to prepare your platform speech videos

  • Please complete any desired editing to the speeches prior to submission including music, titles and graphics 
  • If you have any specific creative editing requests please speak with your StageClip representative 

Please put the following assets into your StageClip shared folder:

  1. Logo and Branding
  2. Participant Lists
  3. A web banner background image for your website
  4. Assets for your Recognition clips, including:
    • Opening and Closing video 
    • Start/End captions 
    • Slide backgrounds

1. Your Institution’s Logo and Brand Guidelines

  • Include a primary and secondary color choice - hex numbers work best. You can upload your logo here and get the hex number for your logo colors.
  • Desired hashtag for use on your Ceremony Site.
  • Logo in .jpg or .png, format, in color and in white with a transparent background

2.  Participant Lists

  • Submitted in .xls or .csv spreadsheet format
  • Must include one separate column for the each of the following
    • Full Name (single line, one column on spreadsheet)
      • 60 character limit
    • Degree or other sub-title (single line, one column on spreadsheet)
      • 100 character limit
    • Email Address – one per graduate
    • Student ID (optional)
    • Snapchat Lens designation if applicable
  • Please note that names and sub-titles will appear on the clips exactly as they do in the spreadsheet, including spelling and capitalization.
  • Participants will appear in the ceremony in the same order they are listed within the Participant Lists

3. Web Banner Background Image (Optional)

  • Specifications:  PNG / JPEG , 1300 x600 
  • This is a background image to sit behind the search bar for the individual clips.  See example site.
  • Be sure to choose an image that is abstract with no text.  This allows your search bar and hashtag/text to sit on the image and enables a clean look when optimized for mobile. 
  • If you choose not to provide a background image, we will use a solid color background consistent with your brand guidelines.





4. Start/End Captions for Clips - (Optional)

  • Specifications:  PNG / JPEG, 1920 x 1080
  • We can provide basic captions with your messaging, or you can create your own
  • End Captions are good for including alumni, congratulations or marketing messages and hashtags.




5. Opening & Closing Video for recognition clips (Optional)

  • Specifications:  H.264 / MP4 , 1920 x 1080, 5 - 10Mbs
  • We recommend an Opening Video of no longer than 10 seconds and a Closing Video no longer than 5 seconds.

6. Slide/Video Background Image

  • Specifications:  PNG / JPEG, 1920 x 1080
  • This is the background image that will appear on the graduate recognition slide
  • Image should be abstract, and it will be overlaid with your primary brand color
  • Do not include any logos or text fields as these will auto populate during the editing process
  • If you do not provide an image, we will use a solid color background




7. Platform Ceremony Speeches

  • Specifications:  H.264 / MP4 , 1080p
  • Indicate the order in which speeches should appear by naming them sequentially, and if they are part of the open (prior to the participant section) or part of the close (after the participant section).
