You will be hosting your ceremony on your school’s YouTube Channel. If you don’t already have a YouTube account, you will need to set one up. In order to set up the YouTube account, you will need to set up a Google Account first. For those instructions, click here. Following are instructions on setting up a YouTube Account. 

 

  1. To create a YouTube Channel, you need to have a Google account. If you do not have one, follow that guide first. Click here.

  2. Navigate to https://youtube.com. Click the ‘SIGN IN’ button on the top-right of the screen. If you do not see this, you will already be signed in.

  3. You’ll be presented with an option to create a channel using your Google Account information, or to create one with a unique channel name. Unless your Google Account is purely personal, we suggest to select ‘Use a custom name’

  4. You’ll be asked to enter the name of your channel and agree to terms and conditions

  5. The final step is to add some more information about your channel, such as a profile picture, description and social media links. This is all entirely optional, so you can skip it using the ‘Set up later’ button at the bottom of the page.

  6. Your YouTube channel is now set up! Now you can enter your YouTube details into Producer and it can be published when you are ready.
