Participant emails are sent from noreply@mail.stageclip.com by default.  If you would like emails to come from your own domain instead (eg:  commencement@domain.edu) you will need to submit a ticket here.  A ticket can also be submitted directly from within the Producer platform.

To verify the domain, we will send a confirmation message to your specified email address from Sparkpost, which you will need to forward to clientsupport@stageclip.com.  You do not need to click on the link in the email or setup a Sparkpost account.   Simply forward the email to us and you are done.  You’ll receive an email confirmation when the address has been verified, at which time you can begin scheduling emails to your participants.

Important:   Even if you are using your own sending domain, you still need to have your IT department whitelist emails sent from StageClip.  To do this, simply share with them that emails will originate from noreply@mail.stageclip.com, and the IP address 156.70.3.153.  Once this step is done, you will be able to send yourself a test message from within the Producer platform.
